Black Tea

A brisk, fragrant, and full-bodied tea.  Fresh and robust, black tea has more caffeine than green or white teas but less that a cup of coffee and has many health benefits.  Can be sipped straight up or add cream, honey, lemon, or sugar.

How to Brew a Perfect Cup of Tea – After selecting your herbs, measure out approximately 1 teaspoon into a tea ball/spoon or bag for an 8 ounce cup of water that has been brought to a gentle boil.  Pour the water directly over the tea leaves, cover and allow to steep for approximately 5 minutes.  Strain and enjoy.

Perfect tea is brewed one cup at a time and personal tastes vary, you may want to adjust the amount of tea leaves and brewing time to your own preferences.  Enjoy!
