REGISTRATION: To register for an appointment, gathering, reading, or workshop walk-in or call 301.228.2401 (we do not accept email registration). A deposit of 50% or payment in full is due at the time of registration. An appointment/registration at The Owl Nest is considered a commitment between client and service facilitator.

CANCELLATION: We understand that there is sometimes a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment/registration. Please call 24 hours in advance - 301.228.2401. 'No shows' will not be rescheduled and payment will not be reimbursed.

If an appointment is cancelled due to inclement weather which causes The Owl Nest to close facilitator/practitioner cancellation, 100% of payment will be refunded.
